The CDR01S still carries all the features that would be expected of a high quality VCR such as timer recording to allow scheduling of record speed to get the maximum amount of record time from the machine for the space available. Series record to allow for multiple units to be connected together and as one finishes the next machine starts. Add to this the facility to search the recordings by exact time or date or an event such as alarm, video loss or power loss and you have a very advanced machine that is simple to use.
